STRESFUL DAY [Re- Pressed]

STRESFUL DAY.  <<<<  Click on that if you’d like to read about a breakdown other than your own. 🙂

I have a friend that I nicknamed M&M, (short for Muffins and Mocha) who I absolutely adore. I also love the fact that she is no stranger to meltdowns and she handles them in a way that I have to respect: she announces them in her blog to the whole world.

M&M, you rock. [insert super cool rocker emoticon here]

I’m not even going to hold it against you that you mispelled streSfuL (that was intentional, right?). I have never “Pressed This”, and thought, “Hey, I might as well give it a spin and see what happens.”

Heheh…

  1. aww thanks for posting that and saying that about me!! I also appreciate the fact that you respect how I melt down and completely post about it. I love my latest counselors expression when I told her about my blog. She is like oh you don’t show your name then do you kind of thing and im like hell yeah i do! Then looking shocked she is like ok so what you say hello I’m Jenny and I’m Stressed? Yes I do. Look of amazement on her face. She is either thinking I am crazy or she has never met someone so open. 🙂 And I didn’t even notice that about the stressful thanks for pointing that out! I was so stressed that I forgot how to spell it! ❤

    • Hahaha…..tell your therapist that she is your inspiration, as you like to “journal”, and be sure to tell her that if she’s suddenly feeling uncomfortable, that it’s alright- feelings of “transference” (transferring feelings from therapist to client, or vice versa) is a common phenomenon and assure her that what she is feeling is very real, and not merely a conversion disorder. (Conversion disorder- a psychological disorder pertaining to the possibility of exhibiting physical manifestations for imaginary problems. Aka: “It’s all in your head.”)
