Red Thai Curry Moroccan Couscous
Oh yes I did…in between Scrabble moves.
Red Thai Curry. Scrambled egg. Oil. One Red Onion. 3 Mini Sausages. Head of Cabbage. Fresh peas/corn. Couscous. Cayenne. Finished with Pink Himalayan and Sea salts.
My recipe, per the usual.
Recipe = Make that $#!+ up as you go along. It’s BOMB.

I don’t know if you recall it, but years ago, must be 4 years or something, I had that dream I told you about – about you publishing a recipe book. I remember you were saying ‘Me? Cookbook? No way’ at those times, but this makes me think that the idea would not be that disconnected from reality 🙂

(((OOOOOO))) Ohhhh, my goodness!! I have missed the hell outta you!! I actually DO recall you saying something about that, and although it’s not in a concise book, I AM publishing my recipes, Prophetess. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I only graduated school (after 11-12 verrrrrry long years) a year and a half ago- it literally consumed me…ugh. But I did it! (Done with college fuhevuhhhh.) I was thinking of you (and your badass writing, of course) only 2 days ago, reminding myself to hunt you down! You beat me to it. 😁 Love you, homey! xx
