I Can Get Used to This
I stayed up all night reading my Vivien Leigh bio and eating Jalapeno Cheetos. Does life get any better than this? I can hardly wait to find out.
I awoke at 5:00 p.m., cleaned the house, and am getting ready to hit my Gazelle Stryder for an hour- coffee at 7! This is what my entire summer will look like. Loafing around doing absolutely anything I want- living on rock-n-roll time. (Up all night- sleep all day.) I’ve gone from a no nonsense student to a glorified beach bum in less than a week- I love it. 🙂
Josh has been out of town for two days on business. I really miss that kid when he’s not around!
Nothing more to report. Life is good.

hahahah so delightful!! you deserve to be a bum. ahh the bum’s life is the life for me! Yesterday was my last teaching day and it was a delight. I woke up this morning with a killer sore throat! Typical teacher. I have to find work, sell art. make money . . . but inbetween sheer glorious goofing. Hands off to ya B!! xxx

You know, I was just thinking about you this afternoon. I know it’s right around the time when you get a summer break too! But I also know you’re so much like me that you won’t sit around for long. I wish I had 1/2 of your ambition- I think I used to but school has kicked my butt…haha…I’m good and lazy now, but looking forward very much to doing a whole lot of NOTHING. 😉

Mmm your food/literature combo sounds perfect!…I’m currently on raw carrots and Hunter S Thompson… good to see you’re less stressed. Guess you will have more time for your photography 🙂 xx

I am glad to hear you are enjoying, AND I must admit I am ooomhing here to try and get some vybe, especially the beach bum vybe!Whoever invented the fact we sleep by night and live by day, oh boy, i’d like to kick his bum around a bit!

mmmm jalapeno cheetos…i’m more of a myrna loy fanatic…but vivien leigh is an interesting character in and of herself. i saw a movie (the v.i.p.s.) where elizabeth taylor portrayed her and was a thinly disguised account of vivien leigh and her attempt to leave her husband laurence olivier for australian actor peter finch .

I’m going to have to look into Myrna Loy. I love old Noir and old B&W’s (duh, right?) and realize that I know next to nothing about her. Will definitely have to check her out. :0)
